Never under estimate the power of a book to build a reputation

There is a lot of chatter right now about the changing economics of publishing.  Certainly, that is an important topic. However, there is also a growing recognition that a book is still a powerful way for a person to advance a cause or a career or both. A recent post on CNN.com London recognizes this growing trend.  Journalist Mark Tutton writes
